MICRO1 is seeking a talented and versatile 3D Animator to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary remote team. This contractor role is ideal for a creative professional with hands-on experience in industry-standard 3D tools and a passion for bringing characters and objects to life through compelling animation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D character and object animations using Cinema 4D, Blender, Mixamo, and Unity
• Integrate motion capture data into animation pipelines seamlessly
• Perform rigging for characters and assets to support animation workflows
• Optimize and maintain efficient animation pipelines to meet project deadlines
• Document creative processes and maintain clear, organized production documentation
• Incorporate feedback effectively and iterate on animations to meet creative direction
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional, remote teams across disciplines

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, Mixamo, and Unity
• Strong understanding of 3D animation principles, rigging, and motion capture integration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
• Proven ability to incorporate feedback and solve creative challenges independently
• Experience working within multidisciplinary, remote teams

Compensation
