3D Designer / Blender Expert | $40–50/hr | Worldwide Remote

Join a project-based remote engagement where skilled 3D design professionals tackle real-world production challenges using Blender. This short-term contract spans 2–3 weeks, offering flexible, asynchronous work at a highly competitive hourly rate.

About the Role

As a 3D Designer, you will take on tasks spanning modeling, texturing, rendering, animation, and visualization. Work is assigned on a project-by-project basis, and you choose the projects you accept. Expect a commitment of 10–20 hours per week for active projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete 3D modeling, texturing, and UV mapping tasks in Blender
• Produce high-quality renders using Cycles and/or Eevee
• Develop animations, procedural workflows, or visualization assets as assigned
• Work independently and deliver polished results within project timelines

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in 3D design, modeling, animation, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Blender, with expertise in one or more of: hard surface modeling, organic modeling, texturing/UV mapping, lighting and rendering, animation, or procedural workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts, Animation, Game Design, or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience supported by a portfolio
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on both technical and creative challenges
