Account Executive & Sales Expert | $50–90/hr | Worldwide Remote

Mercor is partnering with leading AI labs to build realistic enterprise environments where frontier AI agents are trained and evaluated. We're looking for experienced account executives and B2B sales professionals to recreate the digital workspaces they use every day — and design tasks that genuinely challenge state-of-the-art AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a realistic digital workspace that mirrors your day-to-day tools — including Drive folders, discovery notes, account plans, pitch decks, mutual action plans, pricing models, proposals, contract redlines, pipeline reviews, and email threads, with representation of supporting platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams, Jira, Confluence).
  • Design multi-step tasks grounded in real sales workflows that require navigating multiple apps, files, and stakeholders — meaningfully challenging frontier AI agents.
  • Collaborate with other enterprise sales professionals to shape task scope and review scenarios for realism and rigor.
  • Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria for enterprise-sales agent benchmarks.
  • Contribute directly to frontier AI research — your work informs how leading labs train and evaluate the next generation of AI systems.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-time account executive or B2B enterprise sales experience carrying a quota.
  • Background in one or more of the following areas:
    • Mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales (full-cycle AE)
    • Strategic or named-account sales with multi-stakeholder deal cycles
    • Field sales, inside sales, or solutions-led selling
    • New-logo acquisition and/or expansion/renewals
    • Channel, partner, or co-sell motions
  • Demonstrated ownership of the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Strong analytical thinking and writing skills — able to translate sales workflows into structured task specifications.
