Mercor is hiring experienced Administrative Services Managers to help evaluate and improve AI systems. You will review AI-generated administrative operations content and workflows, drawing on your real-world expertise in planning, directing and coordinating an organization's supportive services.
What the work involves
- Evaluate AI-generated office operations plans, facilities and vendor management documents, records-management procedures, and other administrative artifacts for quality and accuracy.
- Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on operational soundness, policy compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Review administrative scenarios involving budgeting, procurement, space planning, support-services staffing, and process improvement, and provide expert feedback.
Who it's for
- 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Services Manager, Office Manager, Facilities Manager, Administrative Director, Business Operations Manager, or a closely related administrative management role.
- Experience planning, directing, or coordinating supportive services such as recordkeeping, mail distribution, facilities planning and maintenance, procurement, and other office support services.
- Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
- Strong written English communication skills.
Pay and schedule
- Pay range: $70-110/hr.
- Payment is task-based, with payment upon first task approval. Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline then qualify to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
- Start date: immediate. Duration: approximately 4-6 weeks.
