About the Role

We're seeking AI Data Trainers to help develop safe, accurate, and beneficial AI conversation models. This short-term project offers flexible hours and is ideal for early-career professionals or those transitioning into the tech field.

Your Responsibilities

1. Train the AI: Create example conversations to teach the AI, acting as both user and AI. Help the AI understand and interpret various types of information.
2. Evaluate the AI: Assess the AI's performance in terms of safety, accuracy, and benefit to humanity. Check the correctness of facts and interpretations.
3. Test the AI: Identify weaknesses by attempting to cause errors, then suggest improvements to enhance the AI's reliability and safety.

• Excels at creative writing and generating intuitive content
• Can clearly explain their thought processes
• Has a deep interest in linguistics and language

Qualifications

Compensation and Work Environment

• Pay: $17.50/hour for top applicants worldwide
• Location: Fully remote
• Hours: Flexible, preferably available during EST or PST time zones
