About the Role

What You'll Do

Training (Primary Focus)

• Create high-quality example conversations demonstrating ideal AI interactions
• Generate training data by role-playing both user and AI perspectives
• Help the AI distinguish between facts, context, and behavioral patterns
• Collect and curate relevant source materials from diverse knowledge domains

Evaluation & Testing

• Assess AI outputs for accuracy, safety, and helpfulness
• Conduct systematic testing to identify potential weaknesses
• Document edge cases and failure modes
• Provide detailed feedback to improve training protocols
• Collaborate with researchers to refine training methodologies
