Role Overview: Advanced AI Trainer (Full-Stack Developer Focus)

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with advanced AI models by training and testing their responses across a variety of subject areas.
- Assess the accuracy of AI outputs, distinguishing between factual data, contextual nuances, and behavioral patterns.
- Push the AI to its limits by deliberately inducing errors to evaluate and improve its recovery capabilities.
- Document findings and suggest enhancements to both AI models and training methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
This role welcomes diverse backgrounds, including those transitioning careers or looking to apply their knowledge in AI. We’re seeking candidates with a blend of analytical thinking, subject matter expertise, and hands-on development experience in one or more of the following programming languages:
- Core Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, SQL, PHP, C++, C#, Ruby, Rust, Scala, Swift, Kotlin, VBA
- Additional Skills: CSS, HTML
Key Traits:
- Strong metacognitive skills—you can analyze your thought processes and explain the reasoning behind decisions.
- An aptitude for problem-solving, including debugging complex systems.
- A keen eye for detail when reading and interpreting data or system outputs.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior teaching, tutoring, or research roles are a strong plus.
- Experience with testing software systems or training data-driven models is beneficial.
