Role Overview

We're seeking a Dermatology Expert to evaluate and refine dermatology-related assessment questions for AI models. Your clinical expertise will ensure these questions accurately reflect real-world dermatological practice, diagnostics, and treatment approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate Question Accuracy: Review questions covering skin anatomy, conditions, diagnostic procedures, and treatments


• Analyze Clinical Scenarios: Assess case-based queries for diagnostic reasoning, lesion differentiation, and treatment planning


• Ensure Medical Consistency: Cross-check content against authoritative dermatology sources and clinical guidelines


• Provide Expert Feedback: Deliver structured recommendations to improve question quality and clinical accuracy


• Maintain Assessment Standards: Ensure questions effectively evaluate dermatological knowledge and clinical decision-making

Qualifications

• MD or PhD in Dermatology, Skin Pathology, or related medical field


• 2+ years professional experience in dermatology practice, research, or education


• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical dermatology, skin pathology, and cosmetic procedures


• Familiarity with diagnostic techniques including dermoscopy, biopsy interpretation, and imaging


• Experience with dermatological pharmacology, laser therapies, and surgical procedures


• Strong analytical skills for complex case evaluation and differential diagnosis


• Excellent technical writing abilities with experience in clinical documentation

Work Structure

• Fully remote position with flexible, asynchronous scheduling


• Project requires approximately 20 hours of work over one week


• Must be based in the US or Canada
