Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize AI agent workflows and autonomous AI coding agents
• Perform code refactoring to improve the quality and maintainability of AI-generated code
• Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to maximize model performance
• Evaluate and benchmark AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability
• Work with cutting-edge AI coding assistants and integrate them into development pipelines

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in AI agent workflows and autonomous AI systems
• Strong background in prompt engineering and working with large language models
• Experience evaluating and improving AI-generated code
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants and related tooling
• Solid software engineering fundamentals, including code refactoring best practices
