Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize AI agent workflows and autonomous AI coding agents
- Perform code refactoring to improve the quality and maintainability of AI-generated code
- Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to maximize model performance
- Evaluate and benchmark AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability
- Work with cutting-edge AI coding assistants and integrate them into development pipelines
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in AI agent workflows and autonomous AI systems
- Strong background in prompt engineering and working with large language models
- Experience evaluating and improving AI-generated code
- Proficiency with AI coding assistants and related tooling
- Solid software engineering fundamentals, including code refactoring best practices
