Mercor is recruiting experienced Agricultural Education Teachers to contribute to an exciting AI research project for one of the world's leading AI companies. Use your professional expertise to design occupation-specific questions that will help advance artificial intelligence capabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop questions related to agricultural education based on your professional experience
• Apply your teaching expertise to create meaningful content for AI training
• Commit a minimum of 15 hours per week to the project
• Work remotely with flexible scheduling

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-time work experience as an Agricultural Education Teacher
• Based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not compatible)
• Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week

Compensation & Duration:

• Competitive hourly rates based on your professional background and geographic location
• US-based rate: $60–80/hour (rates vary by location for UK and Canada)
• Project duration estimated through mid-2026, with potential extension
