What You'll Do
- Operate and stress-test AI agents across a variety of business operation scenarios
- Apply rubric-based evaluation frameworks to assess AI agent performance and output quality
- Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
- Drive AI adoption initiatives by documenting best practices and providing actionable feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvement efforts powered by AI
