Turing is seeking US-based retail professionals to join a short-term AI evaluation project focused on Google Workspace personalization. In this role, you'll assess AI chatbot responses using realistic business prompts, helping shape the quality and accuracy of next-generation AI tools.

Role Overview

As a Retail AI Analyst, you will perform generalist evaluation tasks using personalized prompts designed to retrieve context and data across connected Google Workspace applications. Your feedback will directly contribute to improving AI performance for small business and retail use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic, business-related prompts based on defined user goals
• Interact with multiple AI chatbots (up to 5 turns per conversation)
• Assess response quality across clarity, usefulness, and accuracy
• Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations
• Submit conversation transcripts and completed evaluation results
• Review AI-generated responses for retail and small business scenarios
• Work with input files such as spreadsheets, PDFs, and images

Requirements

• Must be currently based in the United States
• Active Google Workspace/Gmail user with regular usage history across Workspace apps
• Uses Gmail as primary email account
• Strong familiarity with Google Chat, Google Drive, and Google Calendar
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines
• Willing to grant required Google Workspace permissions and complete consent/confidentiality forms

Engagement Details

• Type: Contractor
• Commitment: Up to 40 hours per week
• Duration: Up to 4 months

• Shortlisted candidates will complete a Job Interest Form
• Eligible candidates proceed through project-specific screening and qualification
• Final candidates will be contacted with onboarding steps and consent requirements
