• Key Responsibilities:
  • Label, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to financial services using proprietary tools.
  • Deliver curated, high-quality data for corporate banking, retail banking, loan management, and financial product development.
  • Collaborate with technical and research teams to train and refine AI models for banking applications.
  • Assist in designing and improving annotation tools and workflows for financial datasets.
  • Analyze complex banking problems to enhance AI model reasoning and performance.
• Ideal Qualifications:
  • Professional experience in banking, finance, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and interpret complex instructions accurately.
  • Interest in financial technology, AI, or digital innovation.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications (CFA, FRM, CBCA, CAMS, CPA).
  • Experience mentoring or training professionals in banking or finance.
  • Familiarity with AI systems or data annotation workflows.
  • Comfort recording short audio or video clips for model training.
• Additional Details:
  • Remote position; in-person option available in Palo Alto, CA.
  • Initial schedule: 9:00am–5:30pm PST for two weeks, then local timezone.
  • Personal computer and reliable smartphone required.
  • U.S. applicants must reside outside Wyoming and Illinois; no visa sponsorship.
  • Independent contractor status; regular payments for services rendered.
