What You'll Do
- Recreate realistic workflows for ticket handling, chat/email support, refunds/returns, and knowledge base management.
- Validate AI-generated outputs in customer support scenarios, ensuring compliance, trust, and quality standards are met.
- Simulate escalations, SLA tracking, and quality audits within support workflows.
- Produce structured annotations and datasets that directly improve LLM training and evaluation pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service operations — including ticket handling, chat/email workflows, refunds/returns, and knowledge base upkeep.
- Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps or shortcomings in AI-generated outputs.
- Understanding of how operational data is used to train and evaluate LLMs.
- Excellent written English for producing training-quality datasets and validating AI responses.
Engagement Details
- Type: Contractor / Freelancer (no medical or paid leave benefits)
- Duration: 1 month (with potential for extension based on performance)
- Commitment: Minimum 30 hours/week, at least 4 hours/day with 4 hours of overlap with PST
- Location: Open to candidates in India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, and Mexico
