Join MICRO1 as an AI Consulting Domain Expert specializing in business operations. In this role, you will evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated outputs, contributing directly to the development of more accurate and reliable AI models through expert-level assessment and annotation.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess AI-generated content using rubric-based and structured evaluation frameworks
- Author, test, and refine prompts to improve AI model performance (Prompt Engineering)
- Conduct RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) tasks to guide model improvement
- Review and fact-check AI outputs for accuracy, logic, and professional quality
- Produce clear technical documentation, reports, and business communications
- Perform independent research and data interpretation to support content evaluation
- Apply professional editing standards to ensure high-quality written deliverables
- Annotate data and provide structured feedback aligned with project guidelines
Required Skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning abilities
- Expertise in AI output evaluation and content review
- Proficiency in prompt authoring, refinement, and prompt engineering
- Excellent written communication, professional writing, and technical editing skills
