Join MICRO1 as an AI Consulting Domain Expert specializing in business operations. In this role, you will evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated outputs, contributing directly to the development of more accurate and reliable AI models through expert-level assessment and annotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess AI-generated content using rubric-based and structured evaluation frameworks
• Author, test, and refine prompts to improve AI model performance (Prompt Engineering)
• Conduct RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) tasks to guide model improvement
• Review and fact-check AI outputs for accuracy, logic, and professional quality
• Produce clear technical documentation, reports, and business communications
• Perform independent research and data interpretation to support content evaluation
• Apply professional editing standards to ensure high-quality written deliverables
• Annotate data and provide structured feedback aligned with project guidelines

Required Skills
