Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess AI-generated content using rubric-based and structured evaluation frameworks
- Author, test, and refine prompts to improve AI model performance (Prompt Engineering)
- Conduct RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) tasks to guide model improvement
- Review and annotate data for accuracy, clarity, and domain relevance
- Perform fact-checking and technical editing on AI outputs
- Write and review professional business communications, reports, and technical documentation
- Apply logical reasoning and critical thinking to identify gaps or errors in AI responses
- Conduct independent research to validate claims and support content evaluation
