MICRO1 is seeking a highly skilled AI Data Science Domain Expert specializing in business operations to evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated outputs. This contractor role is ideal for professionals with a sharp analytical mindset, strong written communication skills, and hands-on experience in AI model evaluation and prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess AI-generated content using rubric-based and structured evaluation frameworks
• Author, test, and refine prompts to improve AI model performance (Prompt Engineering)
• Conduct RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) tasks to guide model improvement
• Review and annotate data for accuracy, clarity, and domain relevance
• Perform fact-checking and technical editing on AI outputs
• Write and review professional business communications, reports, and technical documentation
• Apply logical reasoning and critical thinking to identify gaps or errors in AI responses
• Conduct independent research to validate claims and support content evaluation
