Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs using rubric-based frameworks to ensure quality and consistency
• Conduct structured observations and produce clear, actionable reports
• Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in AI responses
• Manage and organize evaluation files and documentation using SaaS tools
• Communicate findings effectively through well-written, professional reports
