Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI outputs using rubric-based frameworks to ensure quality and consistency
- Conduct structured observations and produce clear, actionable reports
- Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in AI responses
- Manage and organize evaluation files and documentation using SaaS tools
- Communicate findings effectively through well-written, professional reports
Required Skills
