This contractor role is ideal for professionals with a strong analytical background who are passionate about shaping the future of AI through high-quality data annotation, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, and relevance using rubric-based assessment frameworks
- Author, test, and refine prompts to improve AI model performance in finance and business contexts
- Conduct fact-checking, technical editing, and professional review of AI-produced content
- Perform data annotation and contribute to Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) pipelines
- Interpret and analyze data to provide actionable insights and quality assessments
- Produce clear, well-structured reports and documentation summarizing findings and recommendations
- Conduct independent research to validate domain-specific information and support content evaluation
Required Skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning abilities
- Excellent written communication, professional writing, and technical documentation skills
