MICRO1 is seeking a skilled AI Finance Domain Expert to evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated content within the business operations and finance domain. This contractor role is ideal for professionals with a strong analytical background who are passionate about shaping the future of AI through high-quality data annotation, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, and relevance using rubric-based assessment frameworks
• Author, test, and refine prompts to improve AI model performance in finance and business contexts
• Conduct fact-checking, technical editing, and professional review of AI-produced content
• Perform data annotation and contribute to Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) pipelines
• Interpret and analyze data to provide actionable insights and quality assessments
• Produce clear, well-structured reports and documentation summarizing findings and recommendations
• Conduct independent research to validate domain-specific information and support content evaluation

Required Skills
