Join MICRO1 as a contract AI Image & Video Evaluation Specialist, where you'll play a critical role in assessing and improving the visual output quality of cutting-edge generative AI systems. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented visual expert with a strong eye for composition, color, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated images and videos for visual quality, accuracy, and overall fidelity
• Perform comparative analysis across multiple AI-generated outputs to identify strengths and weaknesses
• Assess image composition, color theory, lighting, and human anatomy accuracy
• Analyze visual storytelling elements and narrative coherence in video content
• Document findings through clear, structured technical writing and quality reports
• Identify patterns in AI output errors and provide actionable feedback to improve model performance
• Contribute to quality assurance workflows and help define evaluation standards

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong background in visual quality assessment — image and/or video
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and outputs
• Solid understanding of image composition, color theory, and lighting analysis
• Experience evaluating human anatomy in visual media
• Excellent critical thinking and pattern recognition abilities
• Proficient in technical writing and structured reporting
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Work Requirements
