Role Overview
We are seeking a driven project manager with 4+ years of experience to lead multimodal AI projects across text, image, audio, and video domains. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery against defined milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multimodal AI projects across text, image, audio, and video
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including researchers, engineers, and data specialists
- Drive project planning, execution, and on-time delivery against milestones
- Manage stakeholders and maintain clear communication and goal alignment
- Translate complex AI requirements into structured roadmaps and actionable plans
- Monitor KPIs, track progress, and proactively mitigate risks and bottlenecks
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure high-quality project outcomes
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost delivery efficiency
- Navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in AI/ML or tech environments
- Familiarity with multimodal AI workflows (text, image, audio, video) is a strong plus
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to translate technical requirements into structured execution plans
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams
- Strong problem-solving mindset and execution-focused approach
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Must be based in LATAM
