• Mentorship & Engineering Support: Guide developers through complex AI workflows, collaborate with leading researchers, and drive continuous improvement in the MCP marketplace.
• Quality Assurance: Design and execute comprehensive test plans for AI systems, focusing on reliability, scalability, and correctness. Work closely with engineering and operations teams to identify and resolve issues, create feedback loops, and analyze QA metrics to maintain high standards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in software or QA engineering
• Expertise in software testing, debugging, and automation tools
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Bonus: Experience with AI model testing or developer tooling
