Turing is seeking Hindi-speaking small business owners or professionals with strong small business knowledge to evaluate and compare AI chatbot responses across real-world business scenarios. This is a flexible, project-based freelance role lasting 16 weeks.

Role Overview

In this role, you will assess the quality of responses generated by multiple AI chatbots across practical small business use cases. Your evaluations will directly contribute to improving AI performance in real-world business contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic, business-related prompts based on defined user goals
• Provide and utilize business documents available in Hindi
• Interact with up to 5 AI chatbots per conversation (max 5 turns each)
• Assess AI responses for clarity, usefulness, and accuracy
• Deliver structured feedback and comparative evaluations
• Submit conversation transcripts and completed evaluation results
• Review AI-generated content for day-to-day operations and customer interaction scenarios
• Work with files such as spreadsheets, PDFs, and images as part of your workflow

Requirements

• Active small business owner or strong understanding of small business operations
• Business-related documents available in Hindi
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines consistently
• Comfortable using and interacting with AI tools

Project Details

• Duration: 16 weeks
• Format: Project-based with a defined number of evaluation tasks
