Turing is seeking small business owners or professionals with strong small business expertise to evaluate and compare AI chatbot responses across real-world business scenarios. This is a 10-week, project-based freelance role ideal for entrepreneurial minds who are comfortable working with AI tools and want to contribute to the advancement of AI systems.

Role Overview

As an AI Response Evaluator, you will assess the quality of responses generated by multiple AI chatbots across practical small business use cases, providing structured feedback that helps improve AI performance.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic, business-relevant prompts based on defined user goals
• Interact with up to 5 AI chatbots per conversation (max 5 turns each)
• Evaluate response quality across clarity, usefulness, and accuracy
• Provide structured comparative feedback and evaluations
• Submit conversation transcripts and completed evaluation results
• Work with input files including spreadsheets, PDFs, and images

What You'll Work On

• Evaluating AI-generated responses for small business use cases
• Assessing day-to-day operations and customer interaction scenarios
• Reviewing marketing content, market research, and financial planning outputs
• Supporting data analysis tasks relevant to small business contexts

Requirements

• Current or former small business owner, or strong understanding of small business operations
• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines consistently
• Comfortable using and interacting with AI tools

Project Details

• Duration: 10 weeks
• Structure: Project-based with a defined number of evaluation tasks
• Each task includes multi-chatbot comparison and a final assessment
