Turing is seeking small business owners or professionals with strong small business knowledge to evaluate and compare AI chatbot responses across real-world business scenarios. This is a 10-week, project-based freelance engagement at the forefront of AI development.

Role Overview

As an AI Response Evaluator, you will assess the quality, clarity, and usefulness of responses generated by multiple AI chatbots across practical small business use cases — helping shape the next generation of AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic, business-relevant prompts based on defined user goals
• Interact with up to 5 AI chatbots per conversation (max 5 turns each)
• Evaluate response quality across clarity, accuracy, and usefulness
• Provide structured comparative feedback and evaluations
• Submit conversation transcripts and completed evaluation results
• Work with input files including spreadsheets, PDFs, and images

• Day-to-day operations and customer interaction scenarios
• Market research and domain-specific business insights
• Data analysis and financial planning use cases
• Marketing content evaluation and visual content review
• AI-generated response quality assessments for small business contexts

Requirements

• Current or former small business owner, or strong understanding of small business operations
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines consistently
• Comfortable using and interacting with AI tools
