MICRO1 is seeking a skilled AI Software Engineering Domain Expert with a background in business operations to evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated outputs. This contractor role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at analytical reasoning, technical writing, and AI model evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated content and outputs using rubric-based assessment frameworks
• Author, test, and refine prompts to improve AI model performance (Prompt Engineering)
• Conduct fact-checking, technical editing, and professional editing of AI responses
• Perform data annotation and contribute to Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) pipelines
• Write and review technical documentation, business communications, and reports
• Apply independent research skills to validate accuracy and relevance of AI outputs
• Interpret data and provide logical, well-reasoned quality assessments
