Join MICRO1 as an AI Trainer specializing in the arts and design domain. In this role, you will help shape and improve AI models by providing high-quality training data, annotations, and quality assurance — all from the comfort of your own home.

What You'll Do

• Design and evaluate prompts to guide and improve AI model behavior
• Annotate and timestamp video content with precision and consistency
• Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews to ensure training data meets accuracy standards
• Collaborate remotely with a distributed team to meet project milestones
• Apply your arts and design knowledge to assess and improve AI-generated outputs

Key Skills & Requirements

• Prompt Engineering – ability to craft effective, nuanced prompts
• AI Training – familiarity with data labeling and model feedback workflows
• Video Annotation & Timestamp Accuracy – meticulous attention to detail in media review
• Quality Assurance (QA) – strong eye for errors and inconsistencies
• English Proficiency – clear written and verbal communication
• Time Management – ability to self-manage deadlines in a remote environment
• Remote Collaboration – comfortable working asynchronously across time zones

Compensation

$40–$80/hr depending on experience and project scope.
