What You'll Do
- Evaluate and assess AI-generated content using structured rubrics and quality standards
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback to improve AI model performance
- Apply critical reading skills to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
- Contribute to AI training workflows within a business operations context
- Maintain high attention to detail across all evaluation tasks
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines
- Experience with or understanding of rubric-based assessment
- Excellent critical reading and analytical skills
- Familiarity with AI training or content evaluation processes is a plus
- Background in business operations or a related domain preferred
