Key Responsibilities

• Compare AI-generated video edits and data pairs to detect, label, and describe visual issues and artifacts.
• Step through footage frame by frame to identify subtle visual defects.
• Scan content to surface new or previously unknown failure modes.
• Rate videos against defined criteria such as instruction-following and visual appeal.
• Write clear, well-reasoned notes explaining each judgment.
• Deliver work reliably within defined batch timelines.

What We're Looking For

• A perceptive, detail-oriented eye with the patience to review content frame by frame.
• Clear written English and the ability to explain reasoning concisely.
• Comfort working with digital video and a general understanding of AI-generated media.
• Reliability and discipline to maintain consistent quality across recurring, on-demand batches.
• No professional film, VFX, or editing experience required — this is a generalist role.
