Airline Pilot & Flight Crew Consultant
Job Type: Hourly Contract (Remote)
Compensation: $180–$300 per hour (USD), based on experience and location

About the Role:
Mercor is seeking experienced Airline Pilots, Copilots, and Flight Engineers to contribute to a major AI research initiative. You’ll leverage your aviation knowledge to design and review scenarios and questions based on your real-world experience—helping to train next-generation AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and validate realistic, occupation-based questions and scenarios relevant to aviation operations and safety.
Apply your flight operations expertise to ensure content accuracy and depth.
Collaborate asynchronously—work when it fits your schedule.
Requirements:
4+ years of full-time experience as an airline pilot, copilot, or flight engineer.
Based in the US, UK, or Canada.
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).
Project Details:
Commitment: Minimum 15 hours per week.
Duration: 3–4 weeks, starting after project onboarding.
Asynchronous and flexible work style.
Compensation & Legal Details:
Competitive, market-based hourly pay.
Weekly payment via Stripe Connect.
Classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor.
