We are seeking a skilled and composed Emergency Communications Specialist to serve as an Ambulance Dispatcher. In this critical role, you will coordinate emergency response operations by managing multi-channel communications, triaging incoming requests, and ensuring rapid, accurate dispatch of resources — all while adhering to established protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and triage incoming emergency requests quickly and accurately under high-pressure conditions
• Communicate clearly and concisely across radio, phone, and chat channels
• Manage multiple communication channels simultaneously with precision and calm
• Apply standardized dispatch protocols and checklists to ensure consistent, compliant responses
