What You'll Do

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to build innovative features users will love.
• Contribute across the full development lifecycle: technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
• Review code and design documents, and provide thoughtful feedback on product specs and mockups.
• Define and champion engineering standards that improve developer workflows and promote best practices.
• Mentor and coach fellow engineers to support their professional growth.
• Continuously sharpen both your technical and non-technical skills.

Who You Are

• 8+ years of Android development experience with deep expertise in Java or Kotlin.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and architectural thinking.
• Proven experience building mobile applications at scale — 1MM+ users.
• Comfortable tackling data-intensive, highly responsive, and fault-tolerant apps within the constraints of mobile environments.
• Passionate about building scalable, well-designed software that positively impacts people's lives.
• BS degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
