Turing is seeking a detail-oriented Annotator to evaluate AI-generated and real-world visual content for a leading US-based AI research company. This fully remote role involves assessing images and videos using structured rating frameworks, contributing directly to the advancement of cutting-edge AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate visual and media content using structured guidelines and predefined rating frameworks.
• Provide clear, well-reasoned written justifications to support evaluation decisions.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across high-volume annotation tasks.
• Identify quality gaps related to realism, composition, motion, lighting, and overall production standards.
• Incorporate feedback from LLM performance metrics into training data creation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional work experience in a relevant field.
• Media or agency experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience working directly with designers, photographers, or videographers (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of motion realism, lighting, camera movement, composition, and production quality.
• Experience with AI image or video generation tools is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and research skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week; immediate availability preferred.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following disciplines:

• Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts
• Film, Media, Animation, or VFX
• Photography or Cinematography
• Architecture or Industrial Design
• Creative Writing, or equivalent professional experience in content creation, media production, or content review
