Join a privacy-first initiative to build a real-world, de-identified health dataset using Apple Health exports. This is a one-time contribution opportunity that combines your on-device HealthKit data with linked clinical records to support meaningful health research.

What You'll Do

• Fully populate your HealthKit profile — contribute data across all applicable categories (activity, heart rate, sleep, and more). Steps-only profiles do not qualify.
• Link your Electronic Health Record (EHR) from at least one institution on Apple's Health Records network, including immunizations, lab results, medications, and vitals.
• Consent to share four demographic attributes: age, gender, approximate region, and activity level.

Submission Requirements

• Must be a genuine export from your own Apple Health app — no synthetic or demo data
• Profile must show a complete, continuous history (not a single day of data)
• Must include a linked EHR covering all four required clinical categories
• All four demographic attributes must be consented — submissions without full consent will not be accepted

Your Privacy

Your identity and raw health data never enter the dataset. All exports are de-identified following HIPAA Safe Harbor standards — identifiers are stripped, dates and locations are generalized, and notes are scrubbed. You receive a random ID, and your identity link is stored separately and never travels with the data. You may withdraw consent at any time to be fully removed.

Commitment

This is a one-time export per participant, with an optional re-export available later to refresh your data. Minimal time commitment with meaningful impact on health research.
