- Design and manage comprehensive coding evaluations to measure and enhance AI performance across diverse programming tasks.
- Analyze real-world usage data to identify strengths and areas for improvement in AI-generated code.
- Present actionable insights to the research team, influencing the direction and capabilities of the AI agent.
- Work closely with a collaborative research team while maintaining a focus on engineering and evaluation, not research.
- Enjoy a fully remote, flexible schedule with a full-time commitment (40 hours per week).
