Aptos, a pioneering blockchain company, seeks a Partner Success Manager to join our Foundation Ecosystem team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our exchange partners, facilitating their integration with the Aptos protocol and network while fostering collaboration on ecosystem growth, educational initiatives, and partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and track internal goals for partner integration and growth
  • Assist partners in project setup and navigation of Aptos' internal teams and resources
  • Collaborate on creating training courses and educational materials
  • Promote new Aptos products and services to network partners
  • Maintain effective communication channels between partners and Aptos teams

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success within high-growth technology companies
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (required)
  • In-depth knowledge of Web3 businesses and the blockchain/crypto industry
  • Strong technical skills related to blockchain protocol integration
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Demonstrated accountability and organizational skills
