Mercor is seeking native Arabic speakers for an immediate, short-term engagement to test and evaluate a client's conversational AI customer experience (CX) agent. This is a quick, paid opportunity ideal for those with a background in data annotation or quality assurance.

What You'll Do

• Complete 10 test calls with the AI CX agent, following provided prompts and scenarios
• Conduct 10 QA reviews of recorded calls, evaluating accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness
• Submit clear, written feedback on conversation flow and overall user experience

Schedule & Compensation

• Duration: 1–2 hours total
• Pay Rate: $16–$18/hr
• Start Date: Immediate

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker
• Prior experience in data annotation or quality review
• Ability to place calls to an EU, UK, or US phone number
• Access to a reliable phone connection with good audio quality
• Available to begin immediately
