What You'll Do
- Complete 10 test calls with the AI CX agent, following provided prompts and scenarios
- Conduct 10 QA reviews of recorded calls, evaluating accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness
- Submit clear, written feedback on conversation flow and overall user experience
Schedule & Compensation
- Duration: 1–2 hours total
- Pay Rate: $16–$18/hr
- Start Date: Immediate
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker
- Prior experience in data annotation or quality review
- Ability to place calls to an EU, UK, or US phone number
- Access to a reliable phone connection with good audio quality
- Available to begin immediately
