Arabic Language Alignment & Resource Partner | $6–65/hr | Worldwide Remote | Freelance AI Trainer Project

We are seeking a skilled, native-level Arabic linguist to join a specialized AI data project as a Language Alignment & Resource Partner (LARP). In this freelance role, you will provide expert linguistic quality assurance, cultural consultation, and annotation support to help AI systems produce natural, accurate, and culturally authentic Arabic-language outputs.

Project Deliverables

• Data Annotation & Review: Evaluate and annotate AI-generated content for grammatical accuracy, natural phrasing, and cultural appropriateness in Arabic.
• Quality Assurance & Vetting: Serve as a primary quality checkpoint during production, identifying and correcting subtle cultural errors or unnatural language patterns.
• Resource Generation: Analyze quality trends and develop structured educational resources and feedback documentation to improve AI output alignment.
• Production Support: Provide native-level linguistic vetting during project scaling phases and offer specialized consultation throughout production.

Required Expertise

• Background in linguistics, education, or a field requiring high attention to linguistic detail.
• Demonstrated experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Verified Arabic language proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Ability to transform raw feedback and quality trends into clear, actionable educational resources.
• A meticulous eye for subtle, unnatural phrasing in Arabic.

• Pay Range: $6–$65/hr, based on experience, expertise, and geographic location
