Architect (CAD & Construction Documentation) | $40–50/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a skilled Architect with deep expertise in CAD drafting and construction documentation to join our team on a contract basis. This role sits within the skilled trades and construction domain and is ideal for a detail-oriented specialist who can produce precise, professional technical drawings across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed floor plans and elevation sets for construction projects
• Produce accurate CAD drawings adhering to industry standards
• Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) callouts to technical documentation
• Create and manage multi-sheet electrical schematics
• Draft and review PCB layouts as required by project scope

Required Skills

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of construction documentation standards
• Experience with GD&T principles and notation
• Ability to produce clear, organized multi-sheet electrical schematics
• Familiarity with PCB layout documentation

Compensation & Details

• Rate: $40–$50/hr (based on experience)
