We are seeking a skilled Architect with deep expertise in CAD drafting and construction documentation to join our team on a contract basis. This role sits within the skilled trades and construction domain and is ideal for a detail-oriented specialist who can produce precise, professional technical drawings across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed floor plans and elevation sets for construction projects
- Produce accurate CAD drawings adhering to industry standards
- Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) callouts to technical documentation
- Create and manage multi-sheet electrical schematics
- Draft and review PCB layouts as required by project scope
Required Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of construction documentation standards
- Experience with GD&T principles and notation
- Ability to produce clear, organized multi-sheet electrical schematics
- Familiarity with PCB layout documentation
Compensation & Details
- Rate: $40–$50/hr (based on experience)
