Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex legal research and writing across a variety of practice areas
• Manage discovery processes, including document requests, review, and production
• Develop and execute case strategy, including drafting and arguing motions
• Perform thorough document analysis and issue spotting to identify legal risks and opportunities
