Key Responsibilities

- Lead technology transaction agreements from initiation through execution
- Redline and revise contracts to protect organizational interests

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to reach favorable outcomes
Required Skills & Experience
- Contract Drafting: Proven ability to draft clear, enforceable legal agreements
