Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
• Lead technology transaction agreements from initiation through execution
• Redline and revise contracts to protect organizational interests
• Provide expert legal guidance on contract terms, risks, and compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to reach favorable outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

• Contract Drafting: Proven ability to draft clear, enforceable legal agreements
• Technology Transactions: Experience handling SaaS, licensing, and other tech-related deals
• Contract Negotiation: Skilled at negotiating complex terms with multiple parties
• Contract Redlining: Proficient in reviewing and marking up contracts with precision
