AfterQuery is looking for experienced Audit Accountants to help shape the future of AI by designing and evaluating complex auditing challenges used to train cutting-edge AI models. This is a fully remote, flexible contractor role ideal for seasoned audit professionals who want to apply their expertise in an innovative and impactful way.

What You'll Do

• Design realistic and challenging audit scenarios that test an AI model's ability to interpret and apply complex auditing principles.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses against established auditing standards, ensuring accuracy and practical relevance.
• Develop tasks covering financial statement audits, internal controls evaluation, and compliance verification.
• Help bridge the gap between proven audit practice and innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Refine and improve existing auditing challenges based on model performance and feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an auditor or in audit operations with a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and internal control frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
