Autism Care Content Writer | $140–175/hr | Remote Worldwide

Mercor is seeking experienced non-medical care experts specializing in autism support to create structured guidance materials for families and caregivers. This content will support AI model testing and demonstrations in a part-time, project-based engagement lasting 4–6 weeks with approximately 10 hours per week of remote, asynchronous work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed content on managing key autism-related challenges including sensory issues, meltdowns, nutrition, and potty training
• Develop comprehensive guidance on childcare sourcing, sitter/nanny evaluation, and family support systems
• Document approaches to community rehabilitation and long-term housing planning for adults with autism
• Provide expertise on parent support frameworks and family dynamics, including couples-support guidance
• Ensure clarity and accuracy aligned with project standards and best practices

You're a Strong Fit If You Have:

• 8+ years of experience as a social worker, parent coach, or autism-focused support leader
• Proven track record advising families on common autism care challenges
• Deep familiarity with daycare, childcare, and community service resources
• Experience with housing and long-term planning for adults with special needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
