Role Overview

As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing backend systems
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in backend development technologies and frameworks
• Experience building and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs
• Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines
