- Key Responsibilities:
- Curate, annotate, and evaluate code examples across languages such as Python, JavaScript, C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
- Refine AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI-driven coding solutions and benchmark LLM performance.
- Support training initiatives by enhancing annotation tools, workflows, and data quality.
- Develop coding tasks and datasets to challenge and improve model reasoning.
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Deep understanding of database optimization and web security principles.
- Familiarity with asynchronous processing, background job systems, and testing frameworks.
- Preferred: Experience with Docker, TypeScript, or React.
- Additional Details: Remote or Palo Alto, CA (in-office optional). Schedule starts PST, then aligns with your local timezone. U.S. applicants must reside outside Wyoming and Illinois. No visa sponsorship available.
