Mercor is seeking experienced Banking professionals to contribute to a cutting-edge AI research project in partnership with a leading foundational model AI lab. This is a flexible, hourly contractor engagement where your financial expertise directly shapes the future of AI in the banking sector.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert-level insights and evaluations to support AI model training and research
• Complete a technical assessment (under 2 hours) focused on financial and banking expertise
• Contribute to high-quality research outputs that may lead to selection on future Mercor projects

Who You Are

• A banking professional with at least 3 years of on-desk experience at a top-tier firm
• Based in the US, UK, Canada, or Europe
• Academically-focused experience does not qualify — hands-on, desk-level experience is required
