Mercor is recruiting experienced Tellers to contribute to an exciting research project for one of the world's leading AI companies. This unique opportunity involves leveraging your professional banking experience to design occupation-specific questions that will help advance AI technology.

What You'll Do:

• Apply your real-world teller experience to create relevant, industry-specific questions
• Contribute to cutting-edge AI research and development
• Work flexibly on your own schedule with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of full-time work experience as a Teller
• Currently based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks cannot be used)
• Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week

Compensation & Project Details:

• Competitive hourly rates of $60-80/hour for US-based applicants (rates adjusted based on geographic location and professional background)
• Project duration estimated through mid-2026, with potential extension
