Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel and analysis in the domain of bankruptcy law
• Draft, review, and refine legal documents including motions, pleadings, and court filings
• Analyze complex legal documents and provide clear, actionable guidance
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure all filings and documentation meet procedural and substantive legal standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bankruptcy law expertise — strong working knowledge of federal and applicable state bankruptcy codes
• Proven experience in legal document analysis and interpretation
• Proficiency in legal drafting, including motions, pleadings, and court filings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Compensation
