Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and annotate behavioral data, identifying key cues such as tone, gesture, and speech patterns
• Develop and refine scenario-based training content to support AI and human behavior modeling
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency across training materials
• Collaborate with remote teams using digital collaboration tools to meet project milestones
• Document findings, provide structured feedback, and support ongoing process improvement initiatives
• Create clear, well-organized training materials and evaluation frameworks
