Behavioral Health Provider – Insurance & Practice Insights Study | $100 | U.S. Remote | One-Time Engagement (30–45 min)

Mercor is partnering with a leading AI lab to conduct a short-term research study exploring how insurance dynamics—such as payer mix and administrative workflows—impact small behavioral health practices. Licensed providers are invited to share their frontline experience in a structured, well-compensated survey.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a structured survey covering your day-to-day insurance-related workflows
• Share insights on billing, claims processing, and payer interactions
• Provide feedback on administrative challenges specific to small behavioral health practice environments

Requirements

• Active license as a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Currently practicing in a clinical setting (hospital, clinic, or behavioral health center)
• Some involvement in insurance-related processes such as billing, claims, contracting, or reimbursement
• Experience in small practice environments with lean teams and close operational involvement
• Based in the United States

Work Arrangement

• One-time engagement: 30–45 minutes
• Must be completed within 7 days of being shortlisted
• Flat payment of $100 USD upon completion
