Bilingual Chinese AI Safety Expert | $48–52/hr | Remote (East Asia Preferred)

Join a cutting-edge AI safety initiative where your Chinese language fluency and cultural insight directly contribute to making advanced AI models safer and more responsible. No prior AI or machine learning experience is needed — full training is provided.

What You'll Do

• Write expert-level prompts in Chinese across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and evaluate AI-generated conversations.
• Identify adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, documenting clear reasoning behind your judgments.

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native fluency in Chinese, with business-level written English.
• A bachelor's degree, completed or currently in progress.
• Strong written reasoning skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Sound judgment when handling sensitive or dual-use information.

Nice to Have

• Based in Hong Kong or the broader East Asia region (preferred, not required).
• Experience in content review, red-teaming, or grading written or technical material.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.

Project Details

• Start Date: Immediate
• Commitment: Part-time, approximately 7 hours per week
• Rate: $48–$52/hr
